On Tuesday May 29, the California Supreme Court heard oral arguments in a case that could overturn San Diego city’s 2012 pension reform measure. City voters approved Proposition B, ending guaranteed pensions for all new city employees except police officers, and replacing the pensions with 401(k)-style retirement accounts.
