Vital Aging 2017 Conference: Steps for Success

|  Hosted by the County of San Diego's Aging & Independence Services, the Vital Aging 2017 Conference will focus on success stories and motivation to improve your health now. The conference is free to attend.
You'll hear the latest information on brain health, caregiver health, nutrition and physical activity. The event also features success stories from older adults and interactive speakers who will inspire you to make healthy lifestyle changes.
The day includes a keynote program highlighted by nationally acclaimed speaker Ben Vereen. Vereen is a well-known actor and performer, who brings the same passion he has for the stage to living a healthy lifestyle and motivating others to do the same.
Please note, the keynote program/speaker will be at the Liberty Station venue and the presentation will be webcast live to the other three event locations around the county. The main event will be held at Liberty Station, McMillin Center, 2875 Dewey Road, San Diego, CA 92106.
