| Thank you to those who attended the General Membership Meeting on February 28 at the North Inland Live Well Center in Escondido. We hope you enjoyed hearing from our speakers. For those who weren't able to attend, here are some of the highlights along with links to more information.
 First we heard from Carrie McClellan, Outreach Manager for ElderHelp. ElderHelp is a local nonprofit organization that supports seniors and their independence. Areas in which they offer assistance include:
- Transportation
- Home Safety
- Care Coordination
- Shared Housing

 Next we heard from Eddie Baca and Sterling Wolfe from the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at San Diego State University. OLLI at SDSU offers intellectually stimulating, university-quality courses for students age 50 and better. There are no tests or grades, just the thrill of learning with like-minded peers. Free campus parking is included.
