Two fantastic Community Events are coming up: South County Intergenerational Games and Free Digital Services! South County Intergenerational (IG) Games When: Thursday, May 18th, from 9 AM to 12:30 PM Where: Montevalle Community Center, 840 Duncan Ranch Rd, Chula Vista After being put on hold since 2020 due to COVID-19, the South County Intergenerational (IG) Games is happening again soon! This year’s event will be held on Thursday, May 18th, from 9 AM to 12:30 PM at the Montevalle Community Center (840 Duncan Ranch Rd, Chula Vista). It promises to be another great day of “fun and games”! Over 50 eager third graders from Jeffers Elementary School in Chula Vista will be participating! Our goal is to have at least 55 active older adults attend in order to hopefully achieve the ideal one-to-one “buddy” match. We cordially invite older adults (age 50 and over) to come join the fun. And please invite your friends and neighbors who are active older adults to join us as well! The Games are fun and non-competitive in nature and people of various fitness levels can participate at their comfort level.
